This statement is jointly issued by Hwacom Systems Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "HWACOM") and Open Information Security Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "OIS") to explain the mutual relationship and business cooperation between HWACOM and OIS:

OIS was established on May 22, 2023, by the relevant laws of the Republic of China, and is located in Hsi-Chih Dist, New Taipei City. It is a subsidiary company established by HWACOM to actively invest in the cybersecurity industry and develop a cybersecurity service brand in response to the rapidly changing needs in the security field. OIS is committed to providing customers with more excellent, innovative, and comprehensive cybersecurity products and services. Its main service scope includes ISMS and PIMS Services, Security Assessment, Threat Defense Services, XDR/SOC Managed Security Services, and zero-trust solutions, as well as system integration services with HWACOM to provide diverse solution offerings.

The OIS team members are all from the former HWACOM product and security service division, and they all have extensive and comprehensive security service experience. Inheriting the abundant expertise accumulated by HWACOM in the security domain, OIS will continue to provide government agencies and enterprise clients with comprehensive information security products and related services.
